Doravante Arinto is a white wine of enormous aromatic quality, with aromas of fresh citrus fruit, mint and basil fragrances, with hints of orange peel. It is a creamy white wine, with a balsamic note, evident minerality and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Doravante Arinto is a white wine made almost by hand, with a special selection of grapes from old vineyards of the Arinto variety. Fermented using only natural yeasts in oak barrels, letting nature take its course for nine months, it's a unique wine for its complexity and personality.
